Toyota Tundra Usb Port Not Working

Toyota Tundra Usb Port Not Working. We have taken it apart and the usb cable has been cut. My USB Port stopped working the other day, The cigarette Lighter still works and its basically right beside it , any ideas ? is there a specific fuse for the USB port ?

Is the usb port fused or direct connected to the deck. All of my USB ports are giving power but none are working and because the mouse and keyboard wont work I cannot do anything. My turn signals have quit working.
